No refund, returns-only Policy: Customers may return items, but they cannot get a monetary refund.

HOW LONG IS YOUR RETURN PERIOD?

Any product must be returned within 7 days from when your order is delivered (if the order was placed online) or was purchased (if bought from our pop-up store)

WHAT ITEMS CAN I RETURN?

Items with factory defects or damages may be returned. As long as the item(s) are still in their original condition, you can return these within 7 days. Please see the below for any exceptions to this rule:

  • If an item is marked as ‘Final Sale’, this item is non-returnable.
  • All Bottles are non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.

To receive a return or exchange on eligible returns, all items must be returned to us unworn/unused and in the same condition, you received them with their original packaging and hangtags. If an item is returned to us damaged, worn, or in an unsuitable condition, we won’t be able to process the return. Item(s) to be exchanged are of the same kind or of the same price or higher. All item(s) are inspected and up for assessment upon return.

If you purchased items at our pop-up stores, you must have a valid original receipt or e-receipt.
